These terms apply to your use of apps published by Yasantha Hettiarachchi IT Consultancy Service, including Daily Focus: Pomodoro Timer and Life in the UK Test Prep. By downloading or using an app, you agree to these terms.

Using the apps

You may use the apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the apps, except where the law allows it.

No warranty

The apps are provided "as is". We work to keep them reliable, but we do not guarantee that they will always be available, accurate or free of errors.

Study content

Life in the UK Test Prep is an independent study app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Home Office or the UK Government. Its questions are written to help you study the official handbook, and are not the questions used in the real test. We work to keep them accurate, but we do not guarantee that using the app means you will pass. Always check the latest rules and book your test at www.gov.uk/life-in-the-uk-test.

Subscriptions

Some features of Life in the UK Test Prep need a Pro subscription, bought through Google Play. Prices are shown before you buy. If a free trial is offered, you will be charged when it ends unless you cancel before then. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled under the Google Play refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the consumer laws of the country you live in.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Yasantha Hettiarachchi IT Consultancy Service is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the apps.

Google Play

Your download and use of the apps are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
